When Creative Toyshop contacted me about doing a review, I was more than happy to oblige. I had never heard of them before, but got super excited when I went to their site and found out what they are all about. Creative Toyshop features a bunch of high-quality cardboards toys and crafts from CALAFANT. I have seen cardboard toys before in passing, but never thought too much on it. When I got to looking at Creative Toyshop and realized all the cool toys you get to make, I became hooked even before I got my own toy to review! Then I got my Villa :) Okay, so, as you can see from the pictures, I haven't got to decorate it yet :( This is because my 9 year old sister-in-law has made me vow that I will not decorate it without her, so once we are able to decorate it together, I will be posting the pics for you all to see, so keep your eyes peeled. Anyways, I got my Villa, opened up the box and immediately began putting it together. I was
pleasantly surprised and thought it was way fun how everything just popped into it's proper place. I'm sure Aaron thought I was going crazy with my many comments on how cool this toy is (for some reason cute little Villas just don't appeal to him...) I know, I'm a total nerd that loves to play with toys, I'm not afraid to admit it. I had a blast putting my Villa together, and it didn't take very long at all, probably about 5 minutes or so. For a kid this might be a bit more, but it's still super fast. The real time taker will be decorating it, but that's the most fun part! How fun for your child to be able to make it look however they want. Their imagination is the limit!
I can't wait to decorate mine with my sister-in-law, I know it will be so much fun!

I can't wait to decorate mine with my sister-in-law, I know it will be so much fun!I also don't want to forget to mention that the cardboard is extremely sturdy. I want to be sure you all know that it is a very heavy, high-quality cardboard that I'm sure will last through lots of play times. I was very impressed. And for the price, you really can't go wrong. Only $24.99 for a Large Toy, add some paints to that (which I know most of you probably already have), and you have a super cheap gift for your child that they will absolutely love and get to use over and over again!

That would have to be the locomotive. My father-in-law works for the railroad (CSX to be exact) so my husband comes from a train family. I know he and his dad would love getting down on the floor with my son to play with this train!
