I love this bag! It's gorgeous! Here's some more info on it:
Our Marguerite Handbag is a smaller bag with rounded corners and a shoulder strap. It has a fold-over cover that can be fitted with a magnetic snap closure, or cover a zipper.
This is a smaller bag that works well for day or evening, but don't let her petite size fool you! She can easily hold a camera, wallet and cell phone alongside your favorite lipstick...

Mimsi Bags is such an amazing online site filled with absolutely gorgeous handmade items. A team of women, Jennifer Hudson, Youly Welt, Julie Miller make up Mimsi Bags. Jennifer makes all the handsewn items, Youly makes the knitted items, and Julie makes the jewelry! With so many wonderful, handmade items to choose from, you feel like a kid in a candy store!
I received my very own Marguerite handbag and I just adore it! I got to pick my fabric for the inside and outside (just like you will!), it was so hard to choose, but I am very happy with the fabrics I had Jennifer make it with. They are gorgeous and very high quality. Yes, it is a smaller handbag, but I love that because you don't always need to be lugging a huge bag. You can fit your necessities in there, I put in my cell phone, my wallet, and some chapstick and I am good to go! I'm sure I could fit more, but I want my bag to maintain it's beautiful shape so I'm not too keen on overpacking it. And what I really love about this bag besides the fact that it is so incredibly gorgeous, is that it is handmade. (I wish I could sew like that!)
I love handmade items because you are helping to support people, not companies. Plus, they just have a warmer, friendlier feeling to them. Like they were made personally just for you, and in this case, it was! I LOVE it! Thank you Jennifer! :)
